Delivery & Returns

We offer delivery to Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).

Free delivery on orders of £20 and above within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).

If the basket value is under £20 a charge of £4.16 + VAT (£4.99) will be added to the basket for delivery to Mainland UK.

In stock items are usually delivered within 24 hours, if the order is placed before midday on weekdays only, excluding public holidays.

Due to the latest EU laws, we no longer deliver to outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery during the Coronavirus pandemic, but will do our absolute best whilst following WHO guidelines.

Overdue deliveries

Please check the date of your order. Your order is late if it is 7 full working days since you placed your order.

If your order is late please notify us via the Contact Us page.

Cancellations

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the Product (or last Product if your order has arrived in more than one delivery), providing that the product is in a re-saleable condition.

In this case you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products, but not any delivery charges incurred by you on receiving the Products and returning the Products to us.

All returns require prior authorisation. We will email this to you after you get in touch via the Contact Us page with your order details and reason for return. A return authorisation code from us is required to process returns correctly. Please remember to enclose this authorization code when returning the item.

A refund to your PayPal account will be processed upon receipt of the Product in our Returns Department. We are not able to refund through any other payment option than PayPal. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund.

Returns

If your Products are incorrect, damaged or faulty, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt.

In this case you will be entitled to receive a replacement or a full refund of the price paid for the Products and delivery if returning the whole order.

All returns require prior authorisation. We will email this to you after you get in touch via the Contact Us page with your order details, reason for return, photographic evidence and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund). A return authorisation code from us is required to process returns correctly. Please remember to enclose this authorization code when returning the item.

You shall arrange for the Products to be returned to us via Royal Mail and we will be responsible for the second class postage costs you incur in returning the Products to us. The postage costs will be credited back to your PayPal account upon receipt of the Product in our Returns Department. Please note, if you do not obtain a return authorization code from us, we cannot refund any postage costs incurred by you.

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

Refunds and replacement orders can only be processed upon receipt of the Product in our Returns Department. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund to your PayPal account or 10 days for a replacement. We are not able to refund through any other payment option than PayPal.

Please note, all issues must be reported to us within 30 days of your original order date. After this, we will not be able to guarantee any kind of exchange or refund.

Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
